My stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. The room was nice and cozy, although some areas seemed a bit dated. The service was fantastic, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants and shopping. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations with long wait times. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.

Wow, I had a mixed experience at this hotel! The rooms were nice but slightly dated, and there was a serious humidity issue when I checked in, which was a hassle. However, the modern sliding barn doors in the bathrooms were a cool touch. The service was really helpful, especially considering the construction drama after my long travel day, but the entrance and exit setup needs some work! The hotel's location was amazing, so lively and close to everything downtown, with lots of dining options and activities nearby. The location, while connected to a mall and convention center, had its ups and downs.
